Well it was great to see Harriett again after winning our competition back in 2008. The 1st prize was a years contract with the UKs leading child model agency Scallywags London. Since winning the competition she has been a very busy girl, appearing on game boxes, magazines and most recently a catwalk show at London Zoo for the relaunch of Adams. I shot a few images which are below plus a couple with the work that she has been featured on. AlI can say is GO GIRL! and all the best for the future.
We are so thrilled that our most recent competition has been so fantastic, with our new winner Casper Warby (photographs to follow soon) I hope he gets to enjoy all the success that Harriett has had.
BIG NEWS: Scallywags have issued us with a new contract for one lucky winner for this years competition, if you would like to enter please email or call me 01359 231000 to book in, Children have to be aged 16 and under.

Well we are still shooting our winter beach shoots, I love them! We tend to stay away in the summer months (unless its evening light) as I prefer the lighting and dramatic weather you get in the more challenging seasons of the year. For me shooting on the beach is my favourite place to be, it just feels so natural and amazing at the same time. The images that I have shot over the last few years have just been awesome, with the help of the weather and clients that I have been lucky enough to have met. So lets create some new memories with your family, for more information please email me.

Brrr chilly outside! Well here is an example of what can be involved if you book a shoot with us. You can see Sam on the right (make up artist) doing a great lighting job just using our makeshift torch! I love experimenting with light sources without using flash. I have included a couple shots form outside too. If you would like some more information please send me and email.

"what do you do in your spare time" I was asked this yesterday evening in a viewing by an 11yr old, I replied well I take more pictures its my hobby, "but that's your job why take more photographs in your spare time?" was the reply. Well an interesting point from an outside point of view. I explained that if you have a passion for something and it ends up being your full time career it has to be a positive. I guess it leads me to my next point that you can never stop improving a skill with more practice. I often look at image I have taken and think yes that was a success but then after a minute or two I manage to find areas that could do with improvement, is there such a thing as a perfect picture? Well it depends what the photograph means to the client, if it brings them joy each time they look at it then I guess thats pretty perfect :)
