A great day yesterday at Computerlinks in Newmarket photographing the fabulous Goldie Sayers (local Olympic Javelin thrower) Goldie gave a great speech and insight in to the demands that such a sport has on the body. Its amazing to see how much dedication and passion is needed to succeed, I wish her all the success for the London 2012 Olympics. Images to follow.
